Court asked to Protect Coho from logging induced landslides

The imperiled native Coastal cutthroat trout inhabit many of the same streams as the Coho salmon. Coastal cutthroat trout are similarly adversly affected by the consequences of ecologically unsound logging allowed under the current Oregon Department of Forestry(ODF) regulations. If this suit is succesfull in improving forest practices, it should also benefit native trout.
